What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The specifics depend on the type of service — for instance, sunset trips come with premium refreshments and snacks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure a booking, it's best to do so at least 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly in the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, reserving a yacht 4–6 weeks in advance improves the likelihood of availability and gives time for personalization.
What if the weather is bad?
Our priority is your safety. Should the captain decide that the weather poses a risk, we will suggest a new date for your rental or issue a full refund. We keep track of the weather and will inform you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if there are any concerns.
Can I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide excellent catering options and are able to tailor menus to suit your taste. Note that for safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with physical disabilities?
We endeavor to include all guests. Certain yachts offer better facilities for accessible boarding. Reach out to our team at the time of your booking to discuss particular requirements, and we will point you toward the most appropriate vessel and arrange necessary adjustments.
What's the policy for cancellations?
If you cancel 72 hours ahead of the scheduled departure, you'll receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours, you're entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, except in the case of adverse weather conditions or mechanical failures on our part.
