  • Extended charters spanning several days

Our offerings depend on their current availability, as well as prevailing weather conditions. We maintain the right to alter or cease any service without prior notice.

3. Reservations and Bookings

3.1 Procedure for Booking

When making a reservation for a charter, you are required to:

  • Be of minimum age 18
  • Ensure all provided details are accurate and complete
  • Remit the specified deposit amount indicated in the booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation occurs only after we have received your payment and provided you with a written confirmation. We have the authority to deny service to anyone based on our judgment.

3.3 Charter Availability

Charter availability is contingent upon the accessibility of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times as feasibly as possible.

4. Conditions of Payment

4.1 Cost Specification

All listed costs are provided in € and tax is already included unless specified otherwise. The prices may vary and can be adjusted without prior notification.

4.2 Schedule of Payments

  • Initial Payment: When reserving, a payment equating to 50% of the entire fee for charter is required.
  • Remaining Amount: Payable no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled charter departure.
  • Incidental Expenses (should there be any): Payable after the charter service has been rendered.

4.3 Methods of Payment

Payments via major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks are acceptable. All payment transactions are conducted using secure and encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled over 72 hours before departure: You will receive a full refund, minus any processing charges
  • If cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of departure: You will be refunded 50% of the booking cost
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: You are not entitled to any refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather be considered unsafe for departure by the captain, you will be presented with the following options:

  • Rebook the charter for another available date without any additional charges
  • A complete refund will be issued if it is not feasible to reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical issues with the vessel intended for your charter, we will strive to arrange for an alternate vessel. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, you will receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All travelers are required to:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize any safety gear provided when needed
  • Inform about any health issues that might impact their safety
  • Stay within the specified areas on the boat

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following articles are forbidden aboard:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illicit drugs
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Large quantities of alcohol (beyond what is deemed moderate consumption)
  • Animals (except if permitted in advance)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is considerate of others. Should a passenger's conduct create a safety hazard or interfere with the enjoyment of others, we retain the authority to conclude the charter prematurely without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

The extent of our accountability is confined to the sum expended for your charter. We are not to be held accountable for:

  • Injuries to oneself due to your own carelessness
  • The misplacement or harm to belongings that are personal to you
  • Indirect or extraordinary damages, or those intended as a punishment
  • Hold-ups brought on by meteorological conditions or other factors outside our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We hold all-inclusive marine insurance that protects our fleet and business activities. It is your obligation to arrange your own insurance for travel and personal effects.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By opting to utilize our chartering services, you acknowledge the natural hazards associated with seafaring activities and accept the duty for securing your own safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We have the authority to alter travel plans, paths, or timetables due to considerations like weather, the necessity for safety, or operational demands. We will strive to offer similar alternatives whenever possible.

We shall not be held accountable for any hold-ups, cancellations, or changes that happen because of events that are outside of our control, which encompass, but are not limited to:
